It is the personal desire of Dr. Dindoffer to "know God and to make Him known." The practitioners and staff attempt to do this by providing Christ-like, loving, compassionate care for our patients and their families. This atmosphere pervades the practice, and has led to a work environment unprecedented in our collective experience. Although we are demanding of ourselves in the care of our patients, we are consistently refreshed by one another in such a positive "family" setting.

Our practice attempts a holistic approach to women's healthcare. We go beyond the simple "pap and pelvic" by addressing practices and habits, which may be beneficial or detrimental to long-term health. In the annual exam setting, our nurse practitioners and nurse midwife reserve the physician's expertise for areas where it is most needed. Our non-practitioner staff is also quite capable and an attempt is made to use each to the full extent of their abilities.

It is our belief that God's ministry for each of us involves not only our work place, but also our family, church and community. We seek balances in these areas so that God's purposes in our lives will be accomplished.
